Will I have to change what I eat?Only if you want to get better. The foundation of your program will include whole foods that provide nutrients necessary to shift your body towards better health.Back to Top |
You mean low-fat, no meat, boring? No, I mean quality fats and proteins, real whole food.Back to Top |
What if I don't cook?I've helped hundreds of clients, all with varying levels of abilities, finances, and accessibility, to include foods that accomplished what was needed for them to get better.Back to Top |
Why should I take supplements?Even if your diet is consistantly "optimal" or "ideal" you will still benefit from taking supplements. Mainly because soil throughout the world has diminished vitamin/mineral content, thus producing foods that are lacking in their nutrient content. Studies reveal you would need to eat 3 peaches today to equal the nutrient content of 1 peach from 1950.Back to Top |
Do I have to eat healthy and exercise in order to gain any benefit from my program?Quality foods and exercise are the foundation of a healthy lifetyle. Also what I always tell my clients, the better you eat, sleep, reduce stress, and exercise the less supplements you may need!Back to Top |
