Only if you want to get better. The foundation of your program will include whole foods that provide nutrients necessary to shift your body towards better health.

Why should I take supplements?

Even if your diet is consistantly "optimal" or "ideal" you will still benefit from taking supplements. Mainly because soil throughout the world has diminished vitamin/mineral content, thus producing foods that are lacking in their nutrient content. Studies reveal you would need to eat 3 peaches today to equal the nutrient content of 1 peach from 1950.

Quality foods and exercise are the foundation of a healthy lifetyle. Also what I always tell my clients, the better you eat, sleep, reduce stress, and exercise the less supplements you may need!
